Last updated: April 2026. This policy explains what data SPARC ARC LABS, MCHJ (“we”, “us”) collects through this website and through our mobile applications, how we use it, and how you can contact us about it.

1. Who we are

The data controller is SPARC ARC LABS, MCHJ, a limited liability company registered in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Our registered address and contact details are listed on our contacts page.

2. Information we collect on this website

This website is a plain informational site. It does not set marketing cookies, does not embed third-party tracking scripts, and does not use analytics that identify individual visitors. Standard web server logs (IP address, request URL, user agent, timestamp) may be stored for a short period for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

3. Information our mobile apps collect

Each of our mobile applications has its own privacy notice, available inside the app and on its App Store / Google Play listing. In general, our applications:

• Store user-created content (tasks, notes, habits) locally on the device.
• Synchronise content across the user's own devices only when the user enables that feature, using an encrypted transport.
• Do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
• Do not track users across other apps or websites.

Where an application uses third-party services (for example, crash reporting or payment processing), the specific services and the data shared with them are listed in that application's in-app privacy notice.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data under the following bases: performance of a contract (when you use one of our apps), legitimate interest (when we maintain the security and reliability of our services), and consent (when you opt in to specific optional features).

5. Your rights

6. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by applicable law. Server logs mentioned above are retained for no longer than 90 days.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the “last updated” date at the top of the page will change. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on this website or inside our applications.
